Francesca Howard 2008 Marries in October

Francesca Howard, Class of 2008, married Demetrius Macias on Oct. 7 at the Stony Creek Brewery in Branford, Conn. The couple lives in Middletown, Conn. Francesca teaches fifth grade at the John Barry Elementary School in Meriden, a kindergarten to fifth-grade school. Demetrius is a Hartford firefighter and is also in the Army National Guard. “Frankie” graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2012 with a bachelor’s of science. She earned a Master of Elementary Education from the University of New Haven in 2014 and is working on her 6th Year Certificate at Southern Connecticut State University.
