Class of 1998, was drafted by the Boston Cannons in the third round (14th overall) of the 2002 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft. He then went on to play with the Bridgeport Barrage, Connecticut’s only professional lacrosse team and a charter member of MLL in its 2003 season. Marko played Division I lacrosse at Yale University, where he received his bachelor of science degree. He also received his MPH and MD degrees from St. George's University. He is currently an attending General Surgeon at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.
Class of 1996, played professional soccer in Major League Soccer and was the first player signed by MLS Pro 40. He also played professionally in the USL First Division. Carlos played for such MLS teams as MetroStars, Miami Fusion, New England Revolution, Connecticut Wolves, Rochester Rhinos, Atlanta Silverbacks, and the Minnesota Thunder between the years of 1997-2003.
Austin pitched 4 years for the Bears at Brown University. Upon graduation, Austin was drafted by the Dodgers. He played for just over a year for the organization.
Josh Zeid 2005 played Division I ball at both Vanderbilt and Tulane universities. From there he played in the major leagues for both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Houston Astros.
Class of 1994, played professional football in the Arena Football League (AF2, AFL) for eight years, from 2000 to 2007 on such teams as the Columbus Destroyers, Tallahassee Thunder, and Detroit Fury. Carl graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1998 with a major in sociology minor and minor in criminology. While at UConn, he was a four-year football starter and named All-Conference (Atlantic 10) in 1997 and 1998; All-American 1998; Walter Camp Connecticut Player of the Year 1998; UConn Offensive Player of the Year 1998, Gridiron Club Offensive Player of the Year 1997; and Golden Helmet Award 1998.
Class of 1995, played semi-pro football in the Arena Football League including as a defensive specialist with the AF2 New Haven Ninjas – an expansion team. The Ninjas were an indoor football team based in New Haven, Conn., during the 2002 season that played in the American Conference of the Northeast Division. Damon played college ball at Southern Connecticut State University.
Class of 2014 was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as a free agent following the 2020 NFL draft. During his lone season at Tulane University, where he earned an MBA in finance, Christian started every game at center. He also played left tackle at Division I Brown University, where he earned his A.B. in economics. During his high school and college tenure, Christian earned many awards and
accolades including being named the Walter Camp 2019 Connecticut Player of the Year.
Class of 2014, was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a priority free agent following the 2019 NFL draft. He signed a three-year deal with the Chiefs but was later released due to injury. Linta was a starting quarterback at Wagner College, where he earned his master’s in media management. By his junior year at Brown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, entrepreneurship and organizations in 2017, he had earned his role as starting quarterback for the Bears.
Class of 2006, is a professional golfer and a former member of the PGA Tour Canada. Evan was a member of the St. John’s University Division I golf team, where he also earned a degree in sports management.
