Now that the school year has come to a close, we wanted to thank you for making this such a successful year for the Hamden Hall Parents’ Association. We began the school year with the goal of increasing parent participation within our school community, and we are pleased to report that because of your participation and support, we enjoyed one of our most successful years yet. Parent attendance at our HHPA meetings was at an all-time high, and because of your generosity, we had very successful fundraisers, including Photo Day, the Pie Sale, Concessions, the School Store at Beckerman Athletic Center, and the Plant Sale.
Our year will end with the Sunset Mixer, a beer and wine tasting and silent auction that will be hosted by the HHPA at the New Haven Country Club on June 17 and will be held in conjunction with Hamden Hall’s 28th Annual Golf Tournament and Auction. As always, 100 percent of the revenue earned from our events directly benefits Hamden Hall students through the funding of various school-wide initiatives.
We also wish to thank the HHPA Board and our many volunteers for their hard work and commitment throughout the school year. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people working so diligently for our families and students. We also wish to thank our administration, faculty, and staff for all of their hard work and dedication to the students and families in the Hamden Hall community.
It has been an honor serving in the role of HHPA Co-Presidents. We have truly enjoyed working with so many of you during the school year, and we look forward to another successful year in 2019-2020.
Thank you again for your generosity and support, and we hope you have a wonderful summer.
