In-Court Success for Boys’ Varsity Tennis
The Boys’ Varsity Tennis Team hosted the Harvey School at the James R. Maggart Tennis Courts on Wednesday, April 24, winning 6-1.
In the singles match, junior and captain Matthew Maniatty won with a score of 8-3, junior Jacob Schoenberger won with a score of 8-4 in the second spot, and sophomore Max Rickey won with a score of 8-1 in the fourth spot.
All three doubles teams won their sets as well with both sophomores Kaelen Annes and Cole Christman in the first spot and senior Will Christman and junior Grayson Nichols in the second spot remaining undefeated.
“Everyone played high-quality tennis across the board, and we look to continue our success,” said Matthew.
The team takes on St. Luke’s School on Friday, April 26, at 4:30 p.m.
