The Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse Team traveled to the Williams School for a game on Monday, April 8, winning 16-3.
Taking the field, the team was off to a strong start scoring five goals in the first period. Senior Lily Schoonmaker had four goals and two assists as eighth-grader Kaja Millhouse had four goals and one assist. Sophomore Anya Carter had three goals and freshman Lily Maher had two goals while eighth-grader Scotland Beck made six saves in the net to secure the final win.
“I am so proud of the team's effort out on the field; what a great win all-around,” commented Coach Emily Anderson.
The team returns home to the Skiff Street Athletic Complex for a match against the Gunnery on Wednesday, April 9, at 4:30 p.m.
