Thomas "Toby" Chandler, Current Grandparent
Thomas "Toby" Chandler of East Haven, died unexpectedly at home on February 28. He was 75. Toby is survived by his daughter, Hamden Hall parent Debbie Apotrias, a brother, and three grandchildren, one of which is Hamden Hall student, Ayden Apotrias, Class of 2025, and two nieces. He was predeceased by his wife Mary-Ellen, daughter, Kathleen Chandler, and infant granddaughter, Julia Kraszewski.
Toby worked for Latella Carting Co., Inc. for many years and then All-American Waste prior to his retirement.
Hamden Hall extends condolences to Toby's family.
