Yongxin “Fiona” Xu, Class of 2017, graduated magna cum laude from Haverford College in 2021 with a bachelor of science degree in computer science. Fiona was a teaching assistant of a machine learning course at Haverford, helping students with homework problems. She also worked as a full-stack engineer in the school library, building websites for various school projects.
Fiona also attended the University of Edinburgh as a visiting student and spent two months studying computer science until the pandemic. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in computer and information science at the University of Pennsylvania.
