Abigail Podlubny 2014 Starts Company
Abigail has formed a company that sells EPA-approved disinfectant solution. Along with a friend, Abigail started Flanagan United LLC in April 2020. The solution disinfects and protects against COVID-19.
“Aside from selling it for personal use, we have been getting contracts to disinfect places of business.”
Thus far, Abigail reports that theaters and playhouses have contracted their services; however, the company is expanding in both Florida and Connecticut. Following her 14 years under the pines, Abigail attended Loyola University of Chicago, Gateway Community College, and Southern Connecticut State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in theatre and an associate degree in liberal arts.
She is an office administrator at Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties in Florida, where she resides. Abigail cited Hamden Hall theater manager and teacher Charlie Alexander as someone whom she considers a mentor. “He set me on my career path that I was doing prior to COVID (theatre tech) and will return to once the theater industry opens back up.”
