A Higher Calling to Sing!
The Hamden Hall Chamber Singers performed recently at the historic Trinity Church Wall Street in New York City.
According to Director Matt Harrison, the choir was specifically invited to present a recital by the organization's assistant music director.
The Chamber Singers choir features 20 students: seven seniors, 10 juniors, and three sophomores, all of whom have earned spots over multiple years in regional choruses.
In addition, Mr. Harrison provided the following "quick stats" on our traveling Chamber Choir:

In addition, Mr. Harrison provided the following "quick stats" on our traveling Chamber Choir:
- Four of the seven seniors may be pursuing music/performing arts next year.
- Twelve out of the 20 have or will have All-State experience by 2018 (many for multiple years).
- Special note - senior Aya Wazaz earned the second highest soprano score in the state.
