Girls’ Varsity Soccer Stun in Comeback Victory

The Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team traveled for an away game against Masters School on Saturday, October 7, winning 4-2.

Taking the field, it was a back-and-forth match between the Hornets and the Panthers. The team was down 2-1 at the half before making a comeback in the last quarter of the game to secure the final victory. Senior Lily Joseph netted three goals while sophomore Kyla Welby scored one.

Coach Roland Joseph commented that the girls play well and worked hard for the comeback win.

The team returns to the Skiff Street Athletic Complex for a game against Westover School on Monday, October 9, at 4:30 p.m.
