Mystic Overnight Trip with Grade 5
A field trip like no other! As part of our partnership with Mystic Seaport, Grade 5 students immersed themselves in history as they explored historical Mystic Seaport Village and stayed overnight with sleeping accommodations onboard the fully-rigged ship, Joseph Conrad.
During their overnight adventure, students took part in team-building activities including repairing broken barrels, sewing together sailor ditty bags, and a Play-doh challenge. The group toured Mystic Harbor by boat and enjoyed a show at the Treworgy Planetarium.
