Boys’ Varsity Golf Wins Fishers Island Invitational
The Boys’ Varsity Golf Team took first place at the Fishers Island Invitational Tournament on Tuesday, May 6.
Coach Keith Kaliszewski 1998 noted that senior Phillip Kim posted a -5 score of 67 and won the tournament as the individual champion. Senior North Chery placed second with a -4 score of 68.
The team also won its previous match with a score of 8-1 against King School at the Sterling Farms Country Club on Monday, April 28.
The team returns to the green for the III Tournament at the Fox Hopyard Golf Club in East Haddam on Saturday, May 10.
