Win on the Green for Girls’ Varsity Golf
The Girls’ Varsity Golf Team welcomed Fairchester Athletic Association League rival Rye Country Day School for a match on Thursday, April 17, winning 4.5-0.5.
Teeing off at New Haven Country Club, juniors Bryann O’Tinger and Berrak Simsek, sophomore Teresa Esposito, and freshmen Shawna Aurora and Lila Reiling all did well in their individual matches to secure the final victory.
Coach Keith Kaliszewski 1998 noted that the team record is now 4-0.
The Lady Hornets stay home for a match against St. Luke’s School on Thursday, April 24, at 3:30 p.m.
