Just About Half Way

Playing in the Kreul, the National Showcase in Florida, was a great experience for our boys.

There was great competition and it gave us a chance to play against teams and players that push our game hopefully to another level.

The experience was fun, but also something that will be part of the maturing process far beyond the game of basketball.

After the Christmas Holiday, we played away our last game of the year 2016 against St. Thomas More and ran away with a 77-66 Victory.

Three players scored in double figures led by Vin Baker Jr. 23 pts, Co-Captains TJ Rountree, 21 pts and Dan Draffan, 16 pts.

We are at the half-way point in our schedule. The 2016 year ended with an overall record of 6-4 and 2-2 in league play.

In the race for a berth in the New England Tournament we are 3-2 against Class C competition.

We now enter the second half of the season and the New Year begins this Thursday at home against another Class C Opponent Redemption Christian.
