Rachele Thomas 1998 Honored
Rachele Thomas, Hamden Hall Class of 1998, was the recipient of the 2016 Golden Apple Award, which she received from The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated (NSPDK, Inc.), Delta Phi Chapter.
Rachele Thomas, Hamden Hall Class of 1998, was the recipient of the 2016 Golden Apple Award, which she received from The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated (NSPDK, Inc.), Delta Phi Chapter. She was amongst other educators and community leaders who were recognized for contributions made in the community. The awards ceremony was held in April at Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange, Conn. Rachele has been an employee of the New Haven Board of Education for the past 10 years. Currently, she teaches both college biology and advanced placement biology at James Hillhouse High School, and she is the lead teacher for the Science Department. Rachele is dedicated to the task of teaching, nurturing and mentoring all students. Congratulations, Rachele!
