An Update from Munger Construction!
Project In Progress: Hamden Hall Country Day School

Munger Construction is working with Hamden Hall Country Day School to bring new life to a historic gem in Hamden, CT. This project includes an interior fit-out of an 18,000 SF castle-like structure originally built in 1906. Nestled on 3.4 acres overlooking Lake Whitney and located directly across from the school’s main campus on Whitney Avenue, the building blends historic architecture with modern functionality.

In addition to the interior renovation, the project includes the construction of an approximately 8,700 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building addition. This new space will provide support areas that complement the school’s evolving needs.
Through thoughtful renovation and modern construction techniques, this project honors the past while building towards the future of Hamden Hall’s growth.
