Alex Acquarulo, Class of 2014 and a sophomore at Quinnipiac University, was recently inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. Alex is majoring in the entrepreneur program in QU’s School of Business. Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). This society offers the highest academic honor that a business student can attain.
Its purpose is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business and to foster personal and professional excellence among its members. Membership eligibility requirements include that a student must be in the top 10 percent of a bachelor’s business program. Students must also maintain a GPA above 3.75. Congratulations to Alex and also a nod to her parents, Hamden Hall Trustee Andy Acquarulo and his wife, Pam, on their daughter’s accomplishments.
