Making Wishes Come True

Caron Shutan 1975 is excited to share news that she has accepted a “wonderful role” in the national office of the Make-A-Wish America Foundation in their fundraising department as Planned Giving Manager. Caron is working remotely from South Florida. Congratulations to Caron, a proud Hamden Hall alumna who was recently  “back home” for her 40^th Class Reunion. On a personal note, Caron has four children and added a new baby to her family of five grandchildren. Olivia Sloane was born Dec. 3, 2014. She is the first child of Caron’s second son, Ami, National Director of Retail at a private New York City commercial real estate firm. Ami’s wife, Becky, is a clinical psychologist. Caron’s daughter, Chava (her eldest) married Zach on Dec. 10, 2014, in New Zealand on top of an exquisite mountain! Chava is in advertising and Zach is in project management. Residents of Denver, Colo., they’re big Denver Bronco fans (and very happy over the team’s 2016 Super Bowl 50 victory!). Caron’s eldest son, Aaron, is an industrial psychologist. His wife, Shana, is a toy designer. The couple has four children: Lori, Julie, Charlie, and newborn, Henry. The family resides in Cleveland. Caron’s youngest son, Elan, also works in NYC in commercial real estate. Enjoy some family photos!
