Lower School Community Rings in the Holiday Season with Winter Concert Series

The Taylor Performing Arts Center was bursting with seasonal songs and melodies, musical instruments, and cheer as students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 dressed in their performance best for the Winter Concert Series.

Kindergarten opened their performance with I Have a Little Dreidel and closed with Jingle at the Window. Grade 1 showcased their dance skills in the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy and Trepak. Grade 2 took audiences around the world with songs such as Lucia is Coming, a Swedish melody; Neesa, a Seneca song, and more.

Grade 3 played a few selections on the recorder including Hot Cross Buns and Deck the Halls before ending with Frosty the Snowman. Grade 4 performed Simi Yadech, O Watch the Stars, and Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. Continuing the yearly tradition, Grade 5 moved swiftly across the stage as they performed the North Skelton Sword Dance as Grade 6 closed out the series with selections from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
