Boys’ Varsity Tennis Swings to Victory
The Boys’ Varsity Tennis Team welcomed Harvey School for a home match at the James R. Maggart Tennis Court on Thursday, April 16, winning 6-1.
In the singles match, all the players won their sets with senior Max Rickey in the first position pulling off a win in the final tiebreaker set.
In the doubles match, senior Loic Eklund and eighth-grader Daniil Laskov had a strong second set after a tight first set tiebreak, pulling off a win with scores of 7-6 and 6-0. Senior Tobias Liu and freshman Rayan Shahzad won in their third position with scores of 6-3 and 6-4.
