Season Opener Win for Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey
The Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey Team welcomed Wilbraham & Monson Academy for its season opener game at the Ralph Walker Rink on Friday, December 5, winning 5-1.
Junior Andrew Feldman had two goals and one assist as junior Cooper Zebrowski, freshman Bryant Krueger, and eighth-grader Ben Fasano all netted one goal respectively. Junior Michael Feldman had two assists, and sophomore Theo Lam had one assist. Sophomore Landon Kaliszewski had 29 saves in the net.
Coach Dante Tomassini noted that the win was a collective team effort, and the team is fully ready to start the season.
The team returns to the ice for a special game hosted at the Quinnipiac University's M&T Bank Area against Greenwich Country Day School on Thursday, December 11, at 6 p.m.
