Big Win for the Hornets

Dylan Pavone led a composed passing attack and Eric Warren ran for a tough 150 yards and a touchdown as the Hornets were able to grind out a quality win over Hackley. The Hornets defensive unit deserves much credit for holding down Hackley's talented offense. Marc Cafasso's interception with 4:00 left in the game helped to seal the win. Alex Chiodo hit a 27 yard field goal, as he continues to establish himself as a top kicker in the league. Malcolm and Martin Clark made their presence felt both on offense and defense, and Dante Brito and Julian Scott(TD catch) came up with key receptions to keep drives alive.
