Rogoz Wins NEPSTA Division V Championships -Team Finishes Third

Under some of the most unusual weather conditions and circumstances, Dan Rogoz won the New England Prep School Track Association Division V championship meet in South Berwick, Maine. With heavy rain falling and the course slow, wet and muddy, 124 runners tested themselves on the hilly cross country course at Berwick Academy. Senior Dan Rogoz won the race in a time of 19:08. Junior Tyler Bisson finished 17th (20:40). Senior Max Feldman finished 36th (21:49). Freshman Alex Slossberg (42nd, 22:07), Sophomore Nathaniel Coffey (57th, 22:36), Junior John Gallalee (75th, 23:18) and Freshman Silas Newman (91st, 23:52) all contributed to the third place finish by the Hornets. The third place finish is the highest the cross country team has achieved and was a fitting culmination to an outstanding season of running. Congratulations to one of the best cross country teams Hamden Hall has had!
