Dr. John "Jack" E. Bobinski, Class of 1958

Dr. John E. "Jack" Bobinski, Class of 1958, died on July 8, surrounded by his family and dear friends, at his home in Rothschild, Wisconsin. He was 85.
John is survived by his wife of 61 years, Teresa, three children, and nine grandchildren.

After graduating from Hamden Hall, Jack went on to Fairfield University and then on to study medicine at St. Louis University.  After graduating from medical school, he began his internship at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. He was drafted into the U.S. Air Force in 1969 and spent two years at the air base in Duluth, where he was discharged as a major in 1971. He returned to Cardinal Glennon becoming Chief Resident in pediatrics.
