Randal Simon, Former Assistant Headmaster

Randal Simon, former Assistant Headmaster at Hamden Hall, died on July 6 in Kennebunkport, Maine. He was 77.
Randal is survived by his wife of 52 years, Deborah Langshaw, and his daughter, Rebecca Langshaw-Simon, and her family.

Randal graduated from Nasson College and started the Community of Children, a one-room schoolhouse for grades K-8. He served as Assistant Headmaster at Hamden Hall from 1978 through 1985. He later became a realtor, and recently joined Kennebunk Beach Realty.
