Joyce Georgette Calarco, Past Parent

Joyce Georgette Calarco, of North Haven, died at her home. She was 73. She is survived by her beloved daughter Cali Calarco, Hamden Hall alumna, Class of 2007, and her former husband, David Calarco.

Joyce graduated from Lee High School in 1970 and went on to earn her Bachelor's in Biology and Master's in Science Education from SCSU. She joined the founding team of the Cooperative Arts and Humanities Magnet High School (Co-op) as the Biology and Human Physiology teacher. Her teaching career spanned 37 years.
