Dual Match Win for Girls’ Varsity Golf
The Girls’ Varsity Golf Team welcomed Holy Child School and Sacred Heart Greenwich for a dual match at the New Haven Country Club on Monday, April 13, sweeping both teams.
Senior Bryann O’Tinger, junior Teresa Esposito, and sophomores Shawna Aurora, Ruina Huang, and Lila Reiling all did well in their individual sets. The Lady Hornets won 5-0 against Holy Child and 4-1 over Sacred Heart Greenwich.
Coach Keith Kalisewski 1998 noted that the team record is now 2-0.
The team returns to the green for an afternoon match at the Apawamis Country Club against Rye Country Day School on Tuesday, April 14, at 3:30 p.m.
