FAA Win for Girls’ Varsity Basketball

The Girls’ Varsity Basketball Team traveled for an away game against Fairchester Athletic Association League rival St. Luke’s School on Monday, February 9, winning 61-48.
The Lady Hornets were ready as seniors Reilly Chernovetz and Tessa Porch along with juniors Maddie Benigni and Andrea Crump were great with ball movement and scoring. The momentum kept going with the help of juniors Trinity Robinson, Alexa Huckaby, and sophomore Cheyenne Little. Coach Brian Johnson shared that the energy was great from the start and everyone put in the effort to secure the final victory.
 
The team also won its previous game against Masters School on Saturday, February 7, with a score of 64-34.
 
The Lady Hornets return to the court for a home game at the Beckerman Athletic Center against Wilbraham & Monson Academy on Friday, February 13, at 6 p.m.
