Course Trail Welcomes Co-ed Varsity Cross Country Team
The Co-ed Varsity Cross Country Team traveled to Wilbraham & Monson Academy for a meet against Worcester Academy and Cheshire Academy on Saturday, October 4.
The Girls’ Team took home the victory with sophomore Kristina Carlson leading the pack with an individual win as juniors Lily Evans, Becky Liu, Trinity Robinson, and Penelope Dwyer all finished in the Top 10.
The Boys’ Team finished in second place overall with junior Daniel Park placing fifth followed by freshman Alfred Horotan, senior Cole Christman, freshman Ivan Gil, and sophomore Greyson Vasseur.
Coach Aiden Clark-Long noted that the team had strong performances across the board with the Girls’ Team showcasing commanding effort and the Boys’ Team showing great depth and consistency.
The team returns to the trail for its Homecoming Weekend meet at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex against Capital Prep School, Forman School, and Williams School on Saturday, October 11, at 3:30 p.m.
