Mr. Martinez Says ‘I Do’
English teacher and Admissions team member Jose Martinez wed Gabriela Molina on March 19, 2022, at St. John Chrysostom Church in the Bronx.
English teacher and Admissions team member Jose Martinez wed Gabriela Molina on March 19, 2022, at St. John Chrysostom Church in the Bronx.
The couple waited for the summer months to honeymoon in Portugal. They spent 10 days exploring Lisbon, Porto, and Costa Nova.
Gabriela is a senior community engagement associate for Global Giving, a nonprofit that connects donors with grassroots projects worldwide. She works directly with donors and donor support and helps facilitate the DEI initiatives run throughout the company.
Jose, who has his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and is pursuing his master’s degree from Vanderbilt University, began his tenure under the pines at the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year as a Middle School English and Upper School history teacher. Currently, he teaches Middle School English and coaches Middle School basketball and tennis during their respective seasons.
