Girls’ Varsity Golf Pins FAA Championship Win
With an undefeated season record of 7-0, the Girls’ Varsity Golf Team won the first-ever Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) League Championship title for Hamden Hall. The team traveled to the Fairview Country Club for the individual FAA League Championship Tournament on Monday, May 5.

Taking the green, freshman Shawna Aurora posted 39 and tied for first place and the overall individual title. Freshman Lila Reiling posted 41, sophomore Teresa Esposito posted 42, and junior Berrek Simsek posted 50.
Next up for the Lady Hornets is the III Tournament hosted at the Fox Hopyard Golf Club in East Haddam on Saturday, May 10, followed by the Fishers Island Invitational on Tuesday, May 13, at 8 a.m.
