Stephanie Spaulding arranged for the Colonel to visit Hamden Hall on behalf of the student government's sub-committee, the "Committee of Opportunity."  Peer Leader and senior Alessandro Chiodo introduced Col. Manning to his peers.

"At Yale, he is responsible for ensuring all Department of Air Force requirements are met for producing future officers," said Alex during his introduction.  "He is a command pilot with 3,700 hours in the four different types of planes - now that's a lot of flight time!"

Following the presentation, Col. Manning stayed for a question and answer session.
