Former trustee and HH past parent honored with "Good Scout Award"
Carl Highsmith, founder and owner of Specialized Packaging Group, Inc., and father of Alexis Highsmith 1997 and Jennifer Highsmith 1999, is the 2010 recipient of the Connecticut Yankee Council, Boy Scouts of America Good Scout Award. Click for more details.

A luncheon at the New Haven Lawn Club is being held in Carl's honor June 23.
Carl is married to Letamarie Highsmith and is on the Quinnipiac University Board of Trustees, Board of Directors at New Alliance Bank, and the Connecticut Coalition for Achievement Now. Carl offered the commencement speech to the 1999 graduates of Hamden Hall.
