Nuptials in Italy for 2013 Alumna
Class of 2013 alumna Sofia Aschettino married Josue Alejandro Munoz Ruiz on June 1 at the Castello di Petrata in Assisi, Italy.
Following the wedding, the couple enjoyed a mini-moon on the island of Sardinia and will be traveling to Japan in early 2027 for their official honeymoon.
Sofia and Josue are both members of the George Washington University Class of 2017 and met while studying abroad at the American University of Paris.
They currently reside in downtown Washington, D.C., where Sofia works on the Advanced Analytics Team at Nestlé and Josue works on the Strategic Projects and Initiatives Team for the global design and architecture firm Gensler.
