FAA Tournament Welcomes the Co-ed Varsity Golf Team

The Co-ed Varsity Golf Team traveled to the Centennial Golf Club for the Fairchester Athletic Association League Tournament on Monday, May 4, with the Girls’ Team claiming victory and the Boys’ placing third overall.
Taking the green, the Girls’ Team dominated and won by 23 shots over the competition. Sophomore Lila Reiling posted 76, junior Teresa Esposito posted 78, sophomore Shawna Aurora posted 97, and senior Bryann O’Tinger posted 92. Lila was named the individual medalist for the tournament with Teresa named as the runner up.

This marks the second consecutive FAA Tournament win for the Girls’ Team as they won the 2025 Championship.
The Boys’ Team did well in their individual sets and placed third overall. Senior Eli Kane posted 77, freshman Bradley DeCew posted 80, sophomore Stephen Sokol posted 83, junior Andrew Feldman posted 83, freshman Nate Maschetto posted 84, and senior Liam Earle posted 88.

Next up for the Hornets is the Fisher’s Island Invitational Tournament on Tuesday, May 5, at 8 a.m.
