Victorious Outing for Co-ed Varsity Golf
The Co-ed Varsity Golf Team traveled to the Gillette Ridge Golf Club for an afternoon match against Kingswood-Oxford School on Monday, March 30, winning 213-216.
It was a beautiful day on the green as the Hornets were ready for the opening match. Senior Eli Kane, junior Teresa Esposito, and sophomore Shawna Aurora all posted 41 while sophomore Stephen Sokol posted 42, sophomore Lila Reilling posted 48, and senior Liam Earle posted 52.
Coach Keith Kaliszewski 1998 noted that Eli, Teresa, and Shawna were named medalists for the match.
The Boys’ Varsity Golf Team will travel to the Greenwich Country Club for a match against Greenwich Country Day School on Wednesday, April 8, at 3:30 p.m. The Girls’ Varsity Golf Team will travel to the Stanwitch Country Club for a match against Greenwich Academy on Thursday, April 9, at 3:30 p.m.
