Home Court Win for Girls’ Varsity Tennis
The Girls’ Varsity Tennis Team hosted Rye Country Day School for a home game at the James R. Maggart Tennis Courts on Monday, March 30, winning 4-3.
In the single match, junior Rebecca Danishevsky won her set in the first position with a score of 8-1. Senior and captain Addie Lewis won her set in the second position with a score of 8-1, senior Shalani Singh won her set in the third position with a score of 8-7 and a tiebreaker score of 10-8, and sophomore Anna Aslan won her set in the fourth position with a score of 8-1.
The Lady Hornets return to the court for a home match against Greens Farms Academy on Wednesday, April 1, at 4:15 p.m.
