Boys’ Varsity Soccer Dominates on the Field
The Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team welcomed the Forman School for an afternoon game on Wednesday, September 17, winning 11-2.
Taking the field at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex, junior Anton Cruz led the team with five goals and one assist as senior Kaleb Fiore had three goals and one assist and sophomore Trin Sukduang had one goal and two assists. Junior Leo Dottori had one goal and one assist, junior Yavuz Nugay had one assist, and sophomore Teo Antonello closed out the game netting two goals to mark his first Varsity game experience.
Coach Michael Moore noted that the team stormed back quickly after a 0-1 score in the first quarter and several players made spectacular goals to take home the victory.
The team returns to the field for a home game against EF Academy on Saturday, September 27, at 1 p.m.
