Postgrad Studies at University of Oxford for 2021 Alum

Class of 2021 alumnus Peien “Nicholas” Ma graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and Asian studies with a distinction in research and creative work.
During his time in undergrad, Nicholas served as the president of TEDxRiceU Club and hosted three TEDx conferences on campus. He also spent his junior year in London at the London School of Economics and a summer at Middlebury School of Environment in Monterey, Calif. 

This fall, he will be pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford with the goal of obtaining a Master of Science degree in energy systems.
