Home Victory Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Team
The Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Team welcomed the Millbrook School for an afternoon match on Wednesday, September 20, winning 3-0.
Taking the court at the Beckerman Athletic Center, junior Tami Afolalu led the team with 17 kills and 22 digs while fellow junior Summer Krajcir tallied 12 kills and eight digs. Sophomore Ilke Altindas finished the game with 20 assists.
Coach Gary Aurora noted that the team improved its record to 4-2.
The team returns to the court against Pomfret School on Saturday, September 23, at 1 p.m.
