SLP Graduate Program on the Horizon for 2019 Aluma
Class of 2019 alumna Hope Riley graduated with an interdisciplinary degree in biology/ speech-language and hearing-sciences from Loyola University in Maryland.
While in undergrad, Hope worked at the university’s athletic center for three years as well as a local hospital during her senior year. Hope noted that being a student in the SLHS program was fantastic as “the staff was so enthusiastic about their careers and cared so much for their students.”
This fall, Hope will attend Boston University as a student in the graduate Speech Language Pathology (SLP) program with the goal of obtaining her master’s degree. Following graduation, she hopes to work in a hospital setting, specifically working in the area of stroke rehabilitation.
