The Boys’ Varsity Baseball Team took to the field to play the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Tournament semifinal game against Kings Edgehill School on Wednesday, May 24, winning in a 3-0 shutout.
With home field advantage at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex, freshman and starting pitcher Shaun Flannery pitched a complete game, only allowing one hit. At the plate, junior Brady Chernovetz launched a double to clear the bases and add three runs to the scoreboard for the Hornets.
The team advances to the NEPSAC Tournament final for the second year in a row.
