Senior Celebration and Win for Varsity Ice Hockey

It was an even match-up between the Hornets and Tigers as the starting line players successfully controlled the puck movement and defended the zone early in the game. By the end of the second period, eighth-grader Noah Bush tallied two goals, which put the team in the lead. Keeping a strong pace throughout the third and final period, the team was able to hold on and win 3-2.

During the previous game on Monday, February 14, the team celebrated its seniors and their contributions to the program. The three senior players are Vincent Landau, Matteo Romero, and Colin Gore-Grimes.

“I am proud of what these players and team have accomplished this season,” commented Coach Tim Belcher. “Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to this program and we all wish you the best of luck.”
