William Ginter 1953 Celebrates 65th Reunion!

Jodi Amatulli
William Ginter, Class of 1953, will celebrate his 65th Hamden Hall reunion in October. Bill lives in Cromwell, Conn. Since his days under the pines, Bill attended Yale University for one year and was employed by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation for 31 years. He retired as the engineer of municipal systems. He then joined a consulting firm as the senior associate and obtained a professional engineer’s certification. He supervised various highway, site, and environmental engineering projects. Bill married twice and his second wife died in 2014. Bill has two children, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. He remains busy in late retirement by travelling, playing bridge three times a week, attending to his church administrative responsibilities, and singing in the choir. His latest plan is to visit the Pacific Northwest, Canadian Rockies, and U.S, parks in Montana and Wyoming—what promises to be a three-week venture!
