Varsity Water Polo Has First Team Win
The Varsity Water Polo team earned its first win against Westminster School on Friday, September 16.
After debuting last fall sports season, the team was ready to begin its newest season with both new and returning athletes. The Hornets came out fast and strong on the defense and offense winning the game, 14-3.
Coach Martha Phelan commented that the team played confidently throughout the whole match and she is excited to see where the season goes.
The team takes on Greenwich Country Day School in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 21, at 3:30 p.m.
