2013 Alum Realtor Brokers Billion-Dollar Deals
With real estate deals in the billions, Jamie DeNicola 2013 could seemingly be part of the Bravo reality show Million Dollar Listing New York.
Jamie is a senior broker for Cignature Realty Associates in Manhattan and runs the Upper East Side and Midtown East Investment Sales teams. At the beginning of 2021, Jamie was part of a team who sold a record-setting multifamily deal in Brooklyn for $1.25 billion. Just prior to that, Jamie was recognized as a “30 Under 30 for Leasing and Sales Professionals” in New York.
In addition, Jamie is currently pursuing a master’s degree from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. His master of science degree will be in real estate finance and investment.
Jamie graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2017 with a double major in economics and business. While at St. Lawrence he played on the Men’s Lacrosse team for the DIII Saints.
“After graduating from St. Lawrence University, I worked for CSM Sports and Entertainment in Manhattan, a global sports and entertainment agency, selling corporate sponsorship packages to large domestic and international brands like the US Open, the Miami Dolphins, and Circe du Soleil,” explained Jamie.
As a commercial real estate broker, Jamie specializes in multifamily/mix-use investment sales. He said he brokers building transactions for a broad range of real estate investors including single-property owners, institutional, and private equity investors.
Earlier this year, Jamie sold a $13.8 million five-building portfolio in Harlem and has also been recognized by several real estate publications for his prowess. He was Real Estate Weekly’s “Rising Stars of 2019” and NYREJ.com “Ones to Watch in 2019.”
Jamie lives in Manhattan in the East Village.
