2014 Gridiron Standout Signs with Pittsburgh Steelers

Twice in one week, Christian Montano, Hamden Hall Class of 2014 and former Tulane University football player, scores big!
On Saturday, April 25, Christian signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a free agent. We'll all stay tuned in for his success with the Steelers!
Earlier this week, Christian was recognized by the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. The society recognizes academic and athletic performance.

According the Tulane Green Wave, “The national list includes student-athletes who maintained at least a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and were significant contributors throughout the 2019 season.”

In January 2020, Christian was named the Walter Camp Connecticut Player of the Year.
