Alumnus Chef Bun Lai Closes Landmark Restaurant
World famous chef Bun Lai, Class of 1988, recently announced that he is closing his legendary restaurant Miya's in downtown New Haven. "Miya’s will continue but with wheels and on wings for events around the world. We are closing our location down so I have time to do other things that will have greater impact - all in the space of sustainability." It’s more a metamorphosis than an ending!
