Wedding Bells for Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey Coach
Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey Coach and Class of 2014 non-graduate Dante Tomassini married Madison Longobardi on July 19 with a ceremony at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Waterbury, Conn., and a reception at Aria Wedding & Banquet Facility in Prospect.
The newlyweds went to Venice, Italy, and the South of France for their honeymoon.
Other Hornets who joined the wedding celebration included Dante's sister and Class of 2015 alumna Bianca Tomassini, along with Jack Templeton 2014, Brandon Ginnetti 2015, Vincenzo “Enzo” Federico 2026 non-graduate, Ana Federico 2026, and AJ Federico 2030. Dante’s assistant coach Luciano Amatruda also joined the festivities.
Aside from coaching, Dante works as an operational manager for A Best Buy Premium Fuel & Trucking. Madison is a PreKindergarten teacher for Overbrook Early Learning Center in East Haven, Conn.
