Judge Holly Broadbent Case Serves the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Holly Broadbent Case, Class of 1990, serves the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a judge in the Lawrence District Court. She was nominated to the bench in December 2014.

“I also preside over our Drug Court in Lawrence, which serves high risk/high need probationers with substance and alcohol use disorders,” she noted.

Holly resides in Marblehead, Mass., with her husband, Alex, and their daughter Lauren who is a junior in high school. Rounding out the family is their dog, Charlestown.

We last caught up with Holly in 2008 when she and some 1990 classmates spent the weekend in Newport, R.I. At that time, Holly was the chief of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Unit at the Suffolk County DA’s office.

Holly received her undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1994 and her J.D. from the Suffolk University School of Law in 1997.
